This is how I put my own experience of dance into the words after exploring and diving deep
into many different meditation techniques and styles:
A shortcut to Nirvana
For me I dissolve into something deep which cannot be explained.
letting go, pure joy, bliss and happiness are the by-products but something greater, bigger like the universe itself start to emerge in me.
I become the universe, I become the whole, I become you. We dissolve into each other and there we are…the Buddha!

Yoga Trance Dance is the meeting of two great rivers-yoga and intrinsic dance-two of the oldest ways back home.
I will be holding/creating a space for you , where we can simply be in the stillness of the moment…keeping the instructions to the minimum
allowing to be spontaneously moved by an inner impulse, the music or perhaps inspired by a movement of another body…
exploring the riches of non-verbal communication, connecting with ourselves and the others…dancing a wave…
discovering on our own & as a group…moving towards a radiating stillness…
bringing our awareness on each chakra and letting go of old patters that do not serve us anymore…
recharging our chakras, refreshing and purifying our nadis the energy channels of the subtle body.

On Sun, we are going to initiate movements to ground us and spread our roots into the garden of consciousness
before activating our inner fire to help us to go through changes with ease and strong determination.
This activation will also connect us to our Manipura chakra…our solar plexus…
a way to invite our sun to come out, shine upon us and bless us with her presence.

Dear friends, we have just come to the end of six weeks of Venus retrograde, five months of Saturn retrograde,
and eight months of Mars in Virgo, three of which Mars spent in retrograde motion too. (Mars retrograde was in effect from the end of January through mid April.)
Venus retrograde, the planet that correlates to resources, relationships, finances, and survival needs, has taken us through an intensified reassessment chapter.
Saturn retrograde has challenged accountability, authority, the system and its rules.
Mars in Virgo, by direct and retrograde motion, has targeted that which has been in dire need of fixing.
Yes, we have been amply tested. For the past 8 months, Mars has been steering through a Virgo initiative.
This stripping-it- away transit has exposed where the most damaging flaws, weak spots, disorganization and disintegration lies.
In so doing, it has been working to pin-point to where the repair and healing is most needed.
On Jul 3rd, few hours before the full moon, Mars advances into Libra, a Venus ruled sign.
Through August 23, Mars pushes for reconciliation and a bettered equilibrium. Libra is the archetype of partnership and alliances.
July 14 to Aug 7, Mercury retrograde in the sign of Leo puts the spotlight onto something or someone of particular significance.
It also brings self-interests, personal pleasures, and self pampering to the foreground.
One way or another, you will be made aware of more than is obvious to you now. You can be illuminated in striking or unexpected ways.
What’s best for you? Who’s best for you? Sorting it out can only do you good in the long run.
Mercury in Leo retrograde also expands creative ingenuity. It is a cycle when you can and should make the best of the moment.
